Verify and Update Your OpenSSH 10.2 Compatibility by January 11, 2027
On January 11, 2027, Responsys-hosted SFTP servers will update to OpenSSH 10.2. OpenSSH 10.2 provides support for updated ciphers and removes support for older ciphers (encryption algorithms).
Before January 11, 2027, please ensure your SFTP clients and integration packages connecting to your account-specific global routing SFTP endpoint support at least OpenSSH 10.2 and its supported ciphers.
Ciphers Supported by OpenSSH 10.2
On 11 January 2027 Responsys will upgrade to OpenSSH 10.2 and its supported cipher set, including modern post-quantum and hybrid key exchange algorithms such as mlkem768x25519-sha256 and sntrup761x25519-sha512. These ciphers are now available for compatibility testing.
We strongly advise checking your integration packages and processes for compatability with the ciphers below.
