Upload person benefits groups task is missing under person data loaders

Summary:

In Evaluation and reporting area, under person data loaders Upload person benefits groups task is missing in production.

Whereas the same is available in all lower instances. There is no change in the roles and privileges. We have verified all existing roles and privileges, all required privileges are present in the roles to access the person benefits groups. There are no customizations on the pages.

Could anyone please give lead to track this issue.
