My Always Free VM.Standard.A1.Flex instance has been administratively disabled, likely due to the updated Ampere A1 Always Free allocation change. I noticed it recently (exact date unknown, but within the last few days).

When I try to edit the instance to resize it down to comply with the new limits (2 OCPUs, 12 GB memory), I get the following error:

Instance ********************************** is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable.
