Hi Oracle Support Team,

My Always Free compute instance has been stuck in the 'Terminating' state for over a week. The associated boot volume is currently locked in a deadlock (Error: "409 Conflict: Volume may not be deleted while attached to an Instance").

Please help escalate this to the backend operations team to force-terminate the stuck compute instance.

Regarding the boot volume:

  • Please try to preserve and cleanly detach the boot volume so its status returns to Available, if possible.
