docker login i/0 time out

Summary:

i/o Time out error. when i try to login to docker from OCI Cloud Shell.

I have setup OCI Cloud Shell as per instruction
1. Updated the context

2. updated the registry

3. Update the context image

4. Generated the Auth token

5. tring to log in to docker as per forwat given

docker login -u 'workspace/oracle/user.name@oracle.com' lhr.ocir.io -p «auth token»

Error: authenticating creds for "lhr.ocir.io": pinging container registry lhr.ocir.io: Get "https://lhr.ocir.io/v2/": dial tcp 147.154.240.158:443: i/o timeout
