Person number token in Dynamic URL in a Guided Journey

Summary:

We created a Guided Journey with a Dynamic URL to open an external page on one HCM page (Connections). The Dynamic URL supports the Person ID token, but not the Person number, while the external page requires a Person number rather than a Person ID. Does anyone know whether it’s possible to use the Person number as a token in a Guided Journey’s Dynamic URL?
