Post election edit FF is errors when evaluating the Life event

Summary:

I understand that Post Election Edit triggers during enrollment submission, but in my case, its triggering while evaluating the life event.

I have an employee enrolled in DCFSA with coverage = 7500(the max limit), YTD = 3750. So, 7500 - 3750 = 3125 which the employee is eligible to enroll. Now, Im getting this error without even trying to chnage any enrollments. When I try to evaluate any life event this error comes up. How do we make sure its not blocking the whole program enrollment?

I've currently attached the FF in Plan type level and have also tested by attaching at plan level. Issue persists.
