Journey security with job role is not working in Explore tab

Summary:

We enabled the journey security and added the job role in the template operations to access journey in Explore tab. The same job role is used in the Assigned to others with view set as Yes. However, when logged in as user, the journey is not available in the explore tab but can view the assigned journeys in the Organization Journeys tab.
