How can i conditionally trigger a task based on a field being updated in another task

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I need to know if a journey task "Visually identified **** at birth" can be conditionally triggered, so only firing off to HR Admin if the employee picks "prefer not to disclose" in there task?

Task One- Employee has to update the **** field

IF they say Prefer not to disclose

Task two triggers for HR Admin to then update another field called "Visually Identified ****"

Is this possible and if so how please
