How to Restore an Unrestricted Life Event After Running Back Out Unrestricted Life Events by Mistake

We accidentally ran the scheduled process Back Out Unrestricted Life Events for a participant and reverted an Unrestricted life event that should have remained active/processed.

The event now appears as Backed Out / Reverted.

In our case:

  • Previous Unrestricted life event: processed and closed
  • Later Unrestricted life event: was processed correctly
  • We accidentally ran Back Out Unrestricted Life Events
  • The later event is now shown as Backed Out/Reverted

We understand that this scheduled process does not provide a Resulting Status parameter such as Unprocessed, and the event cannot simply be reprocessed in the same way as a normal life event that was backed out to Unprocessed.
