Highly Compensated Employee - Mandatory Roth Catch-Up

Hi,

We need to process retirement catch-up contributions as Roth deductions for employees who are deemed highly compensated. Eligible employees can make an additional $8,000 catch-up contribution based on age.

The employee must have a Roth enrollment on the Benefits Calculation Card for the Roth catch-up deduction to process. Is there a supported way to create this enrollment automatically, either through HDL(any SQL to be used to generate data for HDL) or configuration? If so, what setup or HDL objects are required?
