Restrict Changing Contact Type if contact is enrolled in Benefits

Hello Experts,

We have a business requirement where we want to restrict the Edit Access for the contacts who are enrolled in Benefits of the employee on the Before You Enroll Page.

Page Navigation: Me > Benefits > Before You Enroll

Problem Statement:

  1. Currently if an employee is enrolled in Employee + Spouse or Employee + Family Option covering their spouse and is now going ahead and changing their Contact Type of "Spouse" to "Former Spouse" due to Divorce. This impacts business reporting and Benefits since they're now not eligible for Benefits.
  2. We do know the "Reevaluate Designee Eligibility" process can drop the ineligible dependents from coverage, but the business requirement is that the employee should be dropping them from coverage using a "Divorce" or Self Reported Life Event only.

Howdy, Stranger!
