Journeys as Annual Compliance Attestation

We are currently working on a Journey for our Annual compliance Documentation Attestation Process. We have a few tasks in the process:

1. Audit Team creates an Document of Annual compliance Documentation Attestation (leveraging "Mass Assignment of Journeys to all the associates)
2. Email Announcement will be sent to the workers/Associates to login to HCM cloud.
3. Review the compliance document and perform Native Electronic Signature task as an employee.
4. We have around 5 policy attestations and 10 policies to reviewed.
5. HCM cloud to become one stop for all company policies.
6. This will eventually pave the way for AI RAG agents native to oracle HCM cloud to answer the policy based questions.
