When i try sign in OCI i get response "That name didn't work, want to try again?"

Timeline

  • 2 Aug 2026: I registered an Oracle Account and an OCI Free Tier account. Region/country: Indonesia.
  • 12 Aug 2026: I received an email titled “You have 20 days left on your Oracle Cloud trial”.
  • 1 Sep 2026: The trial period should have ended, but I did not receive any follow-up email (no expiry, suspension, or termination notice).
  • 15 Oct 2026: I can no longer sign in OCI.

Current problems

  1. Signing in to cloud.oracle.com with my cloud account name shows: “That name didn’t work, want to try again?”
  2. Signing up again with the same email shows: “email already registered”.
