Gen AI for Creation of Redwood Knowledge Article not loading

Hello,

We have enabled 'My Knowledge' within a lower environment initially, there are few couple of questions I would like to raise to establish whether you all within the community can support/advise on please?

Gen AI button doesn't create Knowledge Article based on phrase inputted and file attached. Is there a file size limitation on what can be uploaded which may explain why it is not loading?

'Make a Suggestion' only appears to be visible for those whom have author privileges and not standard end users? Is this standard behaviour or is there an additional profile that needs to be enabled?
