Open Enrollment Issue Setup

We have created the plans and configured the rates with an effective date of January 1, 2027, for Open Enrollment. However, when evaluating the plans, they are not appearing in the Open Enrollment window, which has a start date in November.

As a workaround, we changed the plan start date to January 1, 1951, marked the plan as inactive, and then reactivated it with an effective date of January 1, 2027. However, after making these changes, we encountered the below error related to the rates

There was a problem saving this enrollment. (BEN-990244) Details: If you're a benefits administrator, note that an activity base rate wasn't found for the rate. You need to review the rate's configuration to ensure that the rate is active for at least 1 plan year ahead of the life event.
