HR and Line Manager want to see all task

Summary:

Hi Expert,

  1. We HR and Manager can see both of the task for particular employee. is there any thing need to enable in display setting or any privilage required? and it's a contextual journey.
  2. HR not able to search any employee under Organization tab under journey.
