Urgent: Always Free Compute Instance Disappeared After Free Trial Expiration – Data Recovery Request

Hello Oracle Cloud Team,

I am requesting assistance with a missing Oracle Cloud Compute instance.

My Oracle Cloud Free Trial expired on October 26, 2026. Before the expiration, I was hosting my production website, https://amudskills.com, on an instance configured according to the Always Free limits available when I created it.

After my trial expired, the instance disappeared from my Oracle Cloud Console.

Environment:

• Account type: Oracle Cloud Free Tier
• Region: Morocco West (Casablanca)
• Trial expiration: October 26, 2026
• Application: amudskills.com
• Issue: Compute instance no longer visible

I understand that Oracle has updated the Ampere A1 Always Free allocation to 2 OCPUs and 12 GB RAM.
