Hello Oracle Community,

I am experiencing an issue with my Oracle Cloud account upgrade.

I initiated an upgrade from Free Tier to Pay As You Go on October 19, 2026. I completed all requested steps, including adding a valid payment method.

However, the account upgrade is still showing as "In Progress".
