Trigger Person Journey Automatically Multiple Times for Address Change Event

Summary:

25D introduced the ability to trigger Journeys using an event. We have configured a Person Journey to trigger if a worker changes their postal code. This Journey is triggering for the first address change, but for any subsequent address changes, the Journey is not allocating with a reason of, "Checklist already exists" even when the prior Journey is complete.

How can the Journey Event be configured, so it triggers with each address change if the prior Journey is no longer in progress?
