従業員レコードを作成および編集するためのアクセス権を持つユーザーをセットアップしますが、ログインアクセス権を持つ従業員をプロビジョニングしません。
解決策
- カスタマイゼーション> フォーム> 入力フォームに移動します
- 従業員フォーム: 編集/カスタマイズをクリックします
- サブタブタブ> アクセスの表示 = False
- 保存する
- 設定> ユーザー/ロール> ロール管理に移動します
- 標準/カスタムロール: 編集/カスタマイズをクリックします
- 許可タブ> リストサブタブをクリックします
- 権限: 従業員を追加します
- 水準: 作成以上に設定します
- フォームタブ> エンティティサブタブをクリックします
- 上記で作成した従業員フォームを優先、[制限有り]の順にマークします
- 保存をクリックします
- 従業員にロールを割り当てる
