シナリオ
ユーザーがカスタムの営業担当者ロールを介してログインし、顧客レコードを編集する場合、営業担当フィールドは必須になります。 これは、使用されている顧客フォームに関係なく発生します。 また、フィールドを必須に設定するスクリプトまたはワークフローがないことも確認されています。
解決策
顧客レコードの営業担当者フィールドは、従業員制限がユーザー自身および部下のみ、またはユーザー自身、部下、および割当なしに設定されているロールでログインするユーザーには必須になります。 このロールを持つユーザーが新しい顧客レコードを作成すると、営業担当者フィールドが必須になり、デフォルトでユーザーの名前になります。
ロールの従業員制限を決定するには:
- 設定>ユーザー/ロール> ロール管理に移動します
- カスタムロール:編集をクリックします
- 従業員の制限:ユーザー自身および部下のみに設定されているか、ユーザー自身、部下、および割当なしに設定されているかを確認します
