- 管理者としてログイン
- 設定>会社>連結子会社に移動
- 選択した連結子会社コードを編集>連結子会社ロゴ(フォーム)または連結子会社ロゴ(ページ)>ファイルキャビネットにアップロードした新ロゴを選択
- 保存をクリック
結果:予期せぬエラーのため、このフォームを送信できません
解決策
この予期せぬエラーは、住所フォームがカスタムスクリプトを使用するときに発生する可能性があります。 子会社の会社ロゴを編集できるようにするための回避策は、ロゴの変更を許可するために住所フォームのカスタムスクリプトを無効にすることです。
- 管理者としてログイン
- カスタマイゼーション>フォーム>住所フォームに移動
- 影響を受ける子会社に関連する住所フォームレコードを編集
- カスタムコードタブに移動
- ページのすべてのフィールドをメモします(値を削除して後で追加し直す必要があるため)。
- スクリプトファイル>空白に変更>スクリプトを選択しない
- 保存をクリック
- 設定>会社>連結子会社>選択した連結子会社レコードを編集に移動します
- 連結子会社ロゴ(フォーム)ままたは連結子会社ロゴ(ページ)>ファイルキャビネットにアップロードした新ロゴを選択
- 保存をクリック
- 手順3の住所フォームに戻り、手順5でメモした変更を元に戻します。
- 保存をクリック
