ユーザーは、資産耐用期間(耐用期間)を手動で編集した後、資産の減価償却スケジュールを自動的に更新したいと考えています。
資産耐用期間を手動で編集した後、資産の減価償却スケジュールを自動的に更新するには、資産の再評価を実行する必要があります。
解決策
- 固定資産>リスト> 資産に移動
- 耐用期間が変更された資産で:編集をクリック
- 資産耐用期間:耐用期間を元の有効期間に設定(変更前)
- 一般タブをクリック
- 減価償却ルール:現在の期間に設定
- 保存をクリック
- 固定資産>設定>システム設定(管理者)に移動
- 減価償却額事前計算ボタンをクリック
注:処理された資産額のリセットと減減価償却額事前計算を今すぐ実行する必要があります。 減価償却額事前計算をクリックすると、資産額のリセットプロセスも自動的に実行されます。 資産額リセットボタンもクリックする必要はありません。 - 固定資産>トランザクション>資産の再評価に移動
- 資産ID /名前フィールド:再評価する資産を選択
- トランザクション日フィールド:資産レコードの前回減価償却日と同じ(または直後)に日付を設定します
注:トランザクション日は前回減価償却日より前であってはなりません。 - 耐用期間を調整フィールド:資産の正しい耐用期間を選択
- 計算をクリック
- プロセスの再評価をクリック
- 3つのプロセス(資産の再評価、資産額のリセット、および減価償却額事前計算)が完了するのを待ちます
注:プロセスのステータスを確認するには、固定資産> バックグラウンド処理> ステータスに移動します。
注:プロセスが完了すると、キャッチアップ減価償却は、資産の減価償却履歴レコードの前回減価償却日およびトランザクション日と同じ日に記録されます。減価償却履歴を確認するには、資産レコードの減価償却履歴タブをクリックします。
