複合資産の購入日を更新したいが、複合資産レコード> 編集をクリック> 一般タブで、購入日フィールドがグレー表示され、編集できない。
解決策
複合資産は、その中の資産のプレースホルダーとして機能します。これらの資産は、異なる購入日を持つ可能性があります。したがって、複合資産には、設計上、単一の購入日がありません。
資産の購入日を更新するには、ユーザーは個々の資産レコードの購入日のみを更新できます。
- 固定資産> リスト> 資産に移動
- コンポーネント資産を検索>それぞれを編集
- 一般タブ> 購入日を編集
- 保存
