シナリオ

帳簿固有の仕訳帳のインポート時に、エラー「会計帳簿xxの無効な子会社参照キーxx」で失敗します。

解決策

  1. 子会社の内部IDに関連する子会社参照キーxxを確認します
    1. 設定>会社>連結子会社に移動します
    2. ビューのカスタマイズをクリックします
    3. 結果タブで、
      • 外部ID
      • 内部ID
    4. 保存をクリックします
      注:参照キーxxが関係するフィールド。
  2. フィールドマッピングが正しい参照型に設定されていることを確認します
    1. フィールドマッピングページで、連結子会社の横にある鉛筆アイコンをクリックします
    2. 参照タイプの選択フィールドで適切な参照タイプを設定します(つまり、内部ID /外部ID)
  3. ファイルを再インポートします
