従業員に姓を優先する設定が有効になっている場合の名前形式の更新する

シナリオ
管理者が従業員名のフォーマットを更新する必要があります。一般アカウント設定（General Account Preferences）で「従業員の姓・名の順で表示（Use Last Name First for Employees）」が有効になっているにもかかわらず、一部の従業員名が「名・姓」の順で表示されています。
解決策
- リスト>従業員>従業員へ移動
注：管理者のロールを利用 - 従業員名：編集をクリック
- 自動： チェックマークを外す
- 自動： チェックマークを入力
- 保存をクリック
