チェックボックスフィールドの値はクライアントスクリプトTrue かFalseに設定できます。しかし、サーバー側のスクリプトでは、以下のエラーが発生します。

解決策
チェックボックスに「True(T), False, (F)」が設定できるクライントスクリプトとは異なり、サーバー側スクリプトでは「T, F」のみが設定できます。
