Hi, @Nissam CP - do you have the "Commit" (or Commit Type) column shown on your Sales Order form for Items? If yes, what is the value in that column? It's not in your screenshot, but it may be right of the "Price Level" column.

Hi! When you pull up the Sales Order, does the line show qty of 4 in the Back Ordered column instead of the Committed column? My initial thought was inventory not being allocated to the order. Or the "Commit Type" field on the Sales Order line preventing the inventory from being committed. I was able to mimic the scenario…
