Hi @Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle This was helpful thank you! I made a correction to set the compare type as noted. Unfortunately the workflow is still not working and I am still trying to resolve the issue. Could you confirm if you have had this type of workflow work successfully? Thank you!

File Drag and Drop will only work for the record types in which Files subtab is also available. Since Account records does not have Files subtab, File Drag and Drop will also not be applied.
