I understand that you want to track the users who need to be reminded and need help updating their 2FA. There is a related enhancement request that you might want to vote on, and that is Enhancement # 315976: Track Two Factor Authentication in Login Audit Trail.

Customizing the form is an enhancement request. It is logged under Enhancement # 182053.

Hi @Rob Riccio Apparently, there is no way we can determine the users that are still using SMS for their 2FA. You may just send communications to all your employees, reminding those who use SMS for 2FA to switch to the authenticator app as soon as possible. I hope this answers your question. Thank you.
