Narrative Insights is Temporarily Unavailable due to an Infrastructure Issue. Learn how This Impacts Your Account and What to Expect While the Feature is Disabled.

Due to an infrastructure issue, on May 5, 2026, we temporarily disabled Narrative Insights and it is currently unavailable. While Narrative Insights is disabled, you will not be able to:

•    Access the Narrative Insights subtab on the AI Preferences page

•    Use the Generate Insight button on supported reports and records

•    View AI-generated insights on the Intelligent Close Manager portlet

•    Sort by AI Prioritized tasks in the Priority Queue on the Intelligent Close Manager portlet

No action on your part is required. If you rely on Narrative Insights, plan accordingly while it is unavailable. We will restore Narrative Insights automatically when the issue is resolved.
