Hi @User_Q1DPO, You can customize the report and only allow a specific role or user to view it. Also make sure to provide Reporting > Inventory permission to access this report. I hope this helps.

Thank you for keeping this thread updated, Martha. Is your email address in Lists > Relationships > Bounced Email Addresses? If it is, select your email address and delete it. If not, I suggest you try to create a new item search or other saved search to test if other search email alerts will work.

Hi @Volkan Eroglu, Since these are two different records, you can create custom fields to store the values you need to populate in the search. Hi @Kedalene, The user will not receive the email notification because the option is for new users only. For existing users, it is recommended to manually assign a password and require them to change their password on their next login. I hope this helps.

Hi @KayceH, Standard NetSuite UI Login provides six (6) attempts to enter the correct ID/password combination. After six (6) unsuccessful attempts, the user is locked out for 30 minutes and an email is sent to the system Administrator. He might have remembered his password then.
