That solution is sub-optimal, as it means creating a new version of a rebate agreement just to remove just one of 50 rebate agreement details. Has the SuiteSolution Rebate Management been deprecated as I was under the impression that the only available rebate solution was the Suite App Rebate and Trade Promotions?

There is also not End Date/Effective date on a Rebate Agreement detail only on a Rebate Agreement. We are using Rebate Agreements with no end date and this should work because…

Hi Shiela, There is no Status property on the Rebate Agreement Detail that I can see, there is a status on the Rebate Agreement its self which I do not want to change. I am on the latest version of the SuiteApp 3.2.4

Turns out their is another script that is scheduled to run daily based on Rebate Transactions generation, so overnight the issue has resolved its self. It would be nice if the scripts and the timing of their execution that drive these transactions were included in the documentation. The SuiteAnswere you have supplied above…

Thanks for the quick response, I will check out the option of using the two custom properties to get at the last paid date The show only open transactions will not work as they want to see transactions from previous periods that have been paid in the current period. I have a way of handling this in the Freemarker code…
