Hello Mathias, Pending Approval Bills are currently considered non-GL impacting or non-posting transactions. On the other hand, Bill Credits are already posting transactions, meaning that the Bill must be approved first in order for it to have GL Impact and for the Credit to be applied. Hope this helps.
