Hi @User_C2BGJ, Managing product consistency when sourcing from multiple countries is a common challenge, especially with subtle variations like color or finish. Hi @User_3XMAE, Yes, this is a classic converting operation setup (similar to tape, film, paper, or foil slitting/rewinding), and NetSuite can handle it cleanly with the right modeling. The key is prioritizing accurate area-based costing from raw material while keeping inventory tracking discrete and scalable. Avoid…

Hi @User_5FWNK, In NetSuite, a BOM revision’s Active status and its Effective Dates serve two different functions: visibility and automation. The "Inactive" checkbox acts as a master toggle, if it is unchecked (Active), the revision is visible and selectable across Work Orders and Assembly Builds. Marking a revision…

Hi @User_YYLJ9, When using component yield, quantity field is auto-computed from BoM Quantity (needed quantity) and yield value, therefore it is not possible to modify Quantity value manually. So, instead of modifying Quantity, you need to adjust BoM Quantity and Component Yield fields only. Thanks!
