Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle I logged in under the administrator role, took the standard NetSuite report, customized it, chose the audience to ONE co-worker. Checked with a different co-worker and the different co-worker can still see the report. Now what?

Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle I am the creator of the report, using a custom role If I use the administrator role, take the standard NetSuite report, customize it & save as, will it then allow me to limit the audience?

Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle The custom role is using a Sales Center (because they need access to all things sales related). Is there any other way to restrict the report using the custom role already created?

@CDuf Did you put through an enhancement request for this? I'd 100% vote for this since I'm dealing with something similiar - if a copy of a sales order is created, it's including OLD email address(es) & not updating from the customer record to the current email address(es).
