FYI ~ I was able to resolve this, it was a workflow issue I UNTICKED the boxes highlighted below & set the Event Types as Copy, Credit, Edit and I was able to change the customer Posting this so others who may run into the same problem know what to do

P.S. I also reviewed the settings on the forms & they are correct (customer set to NORMAL)

Hello @User_5LL82 One of my co-workers just advised me that she processed WO & Build like normal and the location did NOT disappear upon save so hopefully someone at NetSuite figured out there was an issue and resolved it (fingers crossed!)
