Thank you, @Wee Ming. Hi @User_KAGURA, users with access to the file cabinet folder can directly drag and drop files. Unfortunately, we cannot determine if a file was detached, as the ability to log file attachments and detachment on a record is part of enhancement #187454.

Hi @gbradley Accessing any NetSuite record requires a login. It's possible that other users are currently logged in on different tab, or were previously logged in and never logged out, which could be causing the browser to cache the session. I hope this answers your question.
