Hi @Vasya_2, The Copy to Account is available on the Published Dashboard as long as you have the same Center Type as the user who created and published the dashboard. See the screenshot below. I hope this helps.

Hi @User_99DHR Yes, the first outgoing message, event, or call count is considered Resolved on First Contact. As a workaround, you might want to create a custom field to flag it as the alternate Resolved on First Contact and use it in the report. I hope this helps.
