Hi @User_B48VS What is the base standard report that your custom report is built on? Does the user have permissions on the records and field values added in the custom report? Reports and saved searches won't show results if the user does not have permission on the record you are trying to view.

Hi @User_FNWKM Have you tried setting it as the default email template? Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms. Click Edit beside the default purchase order form Set the newly created email template. I hope this helps.
