"Find transaction" permission in Roles

Hi,

We apply a "View" permission for "Publish search" & "Perform search" under lists tab in some Roles. but these Roles still have the ability to create and save transaction saved searched since the "Fin Trnsaction" permission under Transaction tab is added as "Edit" —> to have the ability to edit lists.

Is there a way to be able to give the ability to edit lists without the ability to create transaction saved searches?
