I tried it in Chrome and it looks like the page is constantly sending requests and waiting for blitzsport.com, google.com, google.ca, facebook.com, and google-analytics. The page eventually does load though.

The related SuiteAnswers are relatively new (1/9/2015) and apply to secure checkout domains only. I would check with Support again to confirm how the secure domain is deployed by NetSuite and the required DNS configuration.

It seems like the custom form is missing a field causing a script to fail. This may be caused by removing/modifying fields, which are required for the script to work correctly. The specific field(s) was not mentioned.
