The problem was reported to our vendor and they may fix the sorting issue in a future release. For now, they suggest sorting results by Date-last update / Descending and clearing cache for consistent results. I'll adjust the image settings.

Only moderators can delete posts but you can edit your post to disregard your last update. i.e. Edit the reply > remove text and add, "Please disregard" > Save the post.

Cloud Thanks for the suggestion. Avatars were disabled long before the most recent UG upgrade but we have since re-enabled avatars. You can update your picture from the profile page.

Message centre performance has improved but is not part of the New Topics or Today's Posts search functionality. This is one area we hope to address in a future upgrade.

We've seen a significant improvement in the performance of the Message Center and threads views in the current version. Our vendor is working to improve overall performance for larger forums like ours.

Yes, you are auto-subscribed as the thread starter. You also have multiple notifications, I assume from other threads not showing the full description. Let me check your profile settings and follow up with you.

A similar option is available with Web Query. You can export a saved report as an Excel Web Query. Once exported, data can be refreshed from within Excel with the latest information from your NetSuite account. Hi Kenneth, This functionality changed in the newest release of vBulletin. We are aware of the problem and working together with vBulletin on a resolution to marking channels read and viewing all unread content.

We are aware of the problem when searching an exact phrase and are working with vBulletin to address this.

Apologies for the notification spam. They were created and deleted by me during testing. I'll create a separate thread to test on moving forward. In the notification preview, click see all notifications, select all and uncheck those you want to keep, then hit delete.

Thanks for the suggestions Evan. The unread posts functionality is a top priority but we are looking to streamline the search results page and incorporating topic previews in search results in the future.

Subscription notifications are sent when you subscribe to a thread by clicking the Subscribe button at top right. You also need to configure the notification settings under your Profile > User Settings. The previous daily newsletter is no longer compatible in this version of vBulletin and a new one is being developed.

The auto subscribe preference is something vBulletin fixed in a maintenance release. We will upgrade the forum once the official release is available.
