I am back, after the field became mandatory, the system thinks there's no value in that field.

Nope. We tried clearing the cache and changing roles, but neither worked. Even with Admin role, I can't save with the location value. Now I am trying to make the field mandatory. Will update you.

I had the same issue that the Location has a valid value but once the person clicked save, the value is gone. And the system info didn't show that there's a value there. I have checked all scripts and workflows related to the Work Order, and none of them are location-related.
