@Angela Bayliss Basically, once I was in edit mode in the JE, I could click on the fields in the line level, such as 'account' and 'debit/credit'. Of course, I haven't changed anything. Thank you for your support!

Hello @Ayitah Tallada-Oracle @Angela Bayliss I've found the reason. The “Allow Non-GL Changes” checkbox was enabled on the Manage Accounting Periods Page. Just fyi

@Angela Bayliss That makes sense, but the uneditable JE is not applied to any transaction.

hello @Angela Bayliss I am using an Admin role. Both the editable and non-editable Journal Entries use the same accounts: 'Bank Account' for the Credit and 'Other Expenses' for the Debit.

Hello @Ayitah Tallada-Oracle Tax System: Legacy Tax Editable Fields: Main Section: Date, Memo, and Posting Period. Line Level: Account, Debit, Credit, Name, Department, and Location. Ty.

Hello @Chelsea Jacobs , thank you for your answer. I'm customizing the 'General Ledger' report, and these fields are located under 'Transaction'. I actually thought that these different fields with the same name would display the data differently, especially those with the 'Group' suffix.

@Divya Unnikrishnan / @Aly Magpantay-Oracle Ty. I'll try it out. Actually, I also want to try creating a new category and importing all the budgets into it. That could also solve the issue, but I’m not sure if it’s possible as I have never imported budgets via CSV before.

Thank you both for your assistance.
