Hi @Richard James Uri-Oracle , If I run the report on any day in Q1-2023, I want the results to return transactions from Q1-2022 - Q4-2022. I run the report 3/3/2023, I want transaction results from 1/1/2022 - 12/31/2022. If I run the report on 3/30/2023, I want transaction results from 1/1/2022 - 12/31/2022. If I run the…

Hi @Richard James Uri-Oracle , Using the above criteria returns PO's ranging from 3/2022 - 11/2022. This won't work as I do need the January, February and December transactions to show up as well.
-
Hi @Richard James Uri-Oracle , I tried your setup and it did not return the results I need. When I run the search, I'm getting results from March 2022 through Feb 2023. If I run the report on any day in Q1-2023, I want the results to return transactions from Q1-2022 - Q4-2022.
-
Hi @Richard James Uri-Oracle , I understand how the formula works. But if I run it on various days, I'll always want the same results of a quarterly range.
-
Hi @Richard James Uri-Oracle , Neither of those links supply a method for obtaining the exact quarter date frames. I tried using 4 quarters ago to 1 quarter ago and that didn't produce the correct transactions in the date range I'm looking for: Can you please confirm that the only way to get the exact results I want is to…

Hi @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle , Thank you SO much for the update! I appreciate it!

Hi @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle , I'm looking for the operator to be able to add as few or as many photos as they need. The operator does not have access to the pages that you show above, so that wouldn't work. I have provided photos of the steps I have taken above in my 12/20 response. The last photo is what the operator…

Hi @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle I’d like to be able to set up the inspection so that the user can add as many photos as they want. With my current understanding, I have to add 5 photo inspection data fields if I want the user to be able to add 5 photos. But what if my operator wants to add 8. They wouldn’t be able to do…

Hi @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle Perhaps I'm doing this incorrectly... This is what I have done: 1) Quality -> Quality Inspections -> New: 2) Quality ->Specifications -> List Specifications -> New Specification 3) Assigned the Specification Context to a part, transaction type Item Fulfillment. 4) The inspection shows up in…
-
Hi @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle , Another somewhat related question...is there a way to setup an inspection so that you could attach a dynamic number of photos? Maybe I'll have one photo to attach on one inspection but five photos to attach on another. thanks!
-
Hi @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle , I figured it out. There's a script that updates that field and it was set to run every 12 hours.
-
Hi Joy, Thank you for your patience! We are using Quality Management bundle 440579 version 22.2.0.4 The behavior is the same on all of the records I've tried. Thanks!

This is how one of my scheduled monthly emails is setup:

Hi Joy, In the standard saved search: QM Inspection Detail Results I added the field Image Link: Thanks!

Hi @Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle , @Entartes , Thank you for the replies and feedback. The option presented won’t work for us. Just wanted to see if there was a work around to copying and pasting the IF# into the tracking number field after adding the tracking number. Thanks again

Hi @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle , wanted to see if there were any updates on this. thanks!
-
Hi @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle, Sorry for the late reply - was out of the office last week. The bundle information helped. I know have access to the fields. Thank you very much for your help on this - truly appreciate it!

Hi @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle , Wanted to see if there was an update on this. Thank you!
-
@kathryn123 - not sure if this would apply to your situation, but some of our auto-emails were getting flagged as spam.
-
@Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle , Sorry - I have another question if you're able to help me again. Is there a way for me to set this up so that I don't create an Ad Hoc Queue Request record if there is a Quality Context with a certain name associated with the item?
-
Hi @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle , Thank you so much for the information. We are using Serialized/Lot Numbered Items and Bins are turned on (T) for them. Thanks again!
-
Hi @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle Thanks for the update. Appreciate your help very much!
-
@Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle You are the BEST! Thank you for the instructions - they worked perfectly! THANK YOU!!!!
-
Hi @Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle , That's a really great point... All of the line items would need to get an Ad Hoc record created. Is this possible? Thank you SO much for your feedback - I really appreciate it
-
Hi @Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle , Gotcha - sorry! I was confused by your screenshot and thought I needed to make a custom record. I don't see a way to get the Item and the Quantity from the Item Fulfillment. Can you show me how I would get those fields pulled? Thank you so much!
-
@Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle Why wouldn't the record type be Ad Hoc Queue Creation Request?
-
Hi @Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle , That's correct. Thanks!
