Escenario
Puede encontrar el error anterior al acceder a SuiteCommerce InStore (SCIS) en una aplicación o explorador de Windows. Una posible causa de este error es un campo configurado en la pestaña Campos de Faceta del registro del sitio web SCIS inactivado. Para determinar que el campo estaba inactivado, el usuario puede ver que para ese campo específico, el valor de la columna ID de campo está en blanco.
Para resolver esto, el usuario necesita eliminar el estado Inactivo en el campo afectado que se configuró en el sitio web SCIS. A continuación se muestran los pasos que se deben seguir como ejemplo si el campo afectado es un Campo de Artículo.
