Escenario
Los usuarios tienen su Subsidiaria de EE. UU. configurada para usar Grupos de Impuestos solo en la Página de preferencias Configurar Impuestos. Sin embargo, cuando intentan deshacerse de un Activo e intentan seleccionar un Grupo de Impuestos en el campo Código de Impuesto de Ventas, no se muestra ningún Grupo de Impuestos en la lista Desplegable.
Solución
- Vaya a Configuración > Contabilidad > Configurar Impuestos
- Las Listas de Códigos de Impuestos Incluyen: Seleccione Grupos de Impuestos y Códigos de Impuestos
