Escenario
Puede encontrar un comportamiento inconsistente cuando procesa pagos en SCIS usando Adyen como procesador de pagos y si Optimizar EMV está habilitado. Este comportamiento puede deberse a la limitación de Adyen para soportar el flujo de trabajo de Optimizar EMV. Ante esto, se recomienda desactivar la función Optimizar EMV en la Configuración de SCIS.
Solución
- Vaya a Comercio > InStore > Configuración
- Configuración de SCIS: Haga clic en Editar
- Haga clic en la pestaña Orden
- Optimizar EMV: Desmarcar la Casilla
- Haga clic en Guardar
